钱大昕，字晓徵，一字及之，号辛楣，又号竹汀先生，晚称潜研老人，清代史学家、汉学家。钱氏学贯四部，著述满架，公推为一代儒宗，其一生行实主要见于手编《竹汀居士年谱》及其曾孙钱庆曾所编《续谱》，然多提纲挈领，过于简省，后人虽多有拾遗纠谬，所缺仍多。本书以《竹汀居士年谱》、《竹汀居士年谱续编》为基础，参照《潜研堂文集》五十卷、《潜研堂诗集》十卷、《潜研堂诗续集》十卷等谱主诗文集，又以公私所藏钱氏珍贵手札为补充，搜检钱氏逸文200余篇，手稿200余种，于文献材料的征引搜集上堪称完备。全稿以标题为纲，引证文献为目，并加以作者按语，所述起自钱氏出生（清雍正六年），讫钱氏去世（清嘉庆九年），以年、月、日编次，详细完整地展现了其丰富的一生，可为学者案头必备之书。 Read more
